We use Royal Mail for all of our UK deliveries. Normally you can expect to receive your new hand-printed product in 2 to 6 business days from making your order. RETURNS

You may return items within 14 days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
